Cyber smart

High School Hacker:
This senior enters the school when nobody is there and hacks into techers computers and steals their passwords. He then installed malware so he can get into their computer from outside of school. He did this so he could change his and his friends grades. This resulted in not graduating and charged with crimes that could ass up to 38 years in prison. This boy was in the wrong. It was not fair to other students he was getting good grades and not working for them. What he did effected everybody around him: his peers, parents, himself, and his teachers.

Malicious IMs:
This hacker sends malware through instant messages to people and have it look like it is from their buddy and when they click on it, it installs malware and they now have everything that is stored on the computer. This is also very wrong. The persin now has credit card numbers, social security, pictures, date of birth, etc. They could ruin this persons life, they could steal their identity and bankrupt them. Or could even track them down and potientally hurt them.

Roaming Robots:
A employee turned his companys computers into robots by infected peoples computers all around Europe with malware that displays pop up ads on command.And another company pays for every instalation. He got three and a half years in prison. This is wrong because he is basically stealing money from the company that payed him everytime someone installed it because they really werent installing it, he was. It also caused annoyance and possibly even virsuses on the computers he did it too.
